Individual counseling for adults in Southwest Michigan, with in-person sessions in Buchanan and telehealth available throughout Michigan and Indiana.
Maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety, self-doubt, or grief longer than you’d like to admit. Perhaps painful experiences still weigh on you, or you’re navigating changes that feel overwhelming.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I provide individual counseling for adults in Southwest Michigan, with in-person sessions in Buchanan, Michigan, and telehealth services available throughout Michigan and Indiana. For more than a decade I’ve worked in helping professions, and since 2020 I’ve helped adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences or current stress. Clients often tell me they value my role as a neutral, nonjudgmental partner — someone who validates their experiences, helps them see situations more clearly, and offers practical tools they can use in everyday life.
In our work together, I combine warmth and directness with evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. My style is conversational and practical. Therapy with me is both a safe space and a kind of “laboratory,” where we explore patterns, experiment with new approaches, and discover what truly helps you move forward.
